Setting targets for your Sucess

We might be thinking that we can learn only from smart/intelligent/wise elder people. I can state that is wrong. Sorry, I contradict with facts. This is what I learnt from my daughter.

Last day, I was playing with my daughter NiMo. I was trying all the techniques to make her drink formula Milk. She was breaking all my techniques. Finally, I took one of her toy show her 2 feet away from her hand which was not reachable. She tried a couple of times and quit trying. I moved the toy a little bit nearer still, it was not reachable. She did the same. This made me think that she is the loosing attraction when the target is not reachable. Then I moved the toy nearer to hand, she holds that and started playing and my feeding went little easy.

Here is the translation:

Every living being will loose/decrease the confidence/intensity of trying when the targets are not achievable. This doesn't mean that you cannot set a hard target. I will say, make your target achievable which will increase your self-motivation and direct you to become a winner. (By the way, the winner I intended here is one who never quits and keeps trying until he achieves his goal.)
